  4. We have arrived safely, the journey was uneventful and we got here in good time. We have spent the day settling in and sorting our ski equipment out. Looking forward to dinner at 7.30pm and then an early night! I feel tomorrow is going to be tiring but fun. It started snowing about half an hour after we arrived and is still snowing now.

  7. Hello mums' and dads', four of us are here. We have had a long journey, at times very uncomfortable and never ending. When we got to the hotel, people were very welcoming and it snowed as soon as we got here. We got to our rooms straight away and we had dinner at a Pizzaria. NOM! The village is really small and interesting. Adding to our Piazzaria experience we got our snow boots fitted the same day. Missing each of you loads. Astrid Darby, Alanna Halsall, Megan Smith and Jessica Milburn.(Chelsie is chillin' in bed)

The hotel is lovely and we are all being very well fed. We are having a relaxing evening, everyone is shattered after a full day out on the slopes and another early start tomorrow :-)

  18. Another fantastic day of skiing! It has snowed non-stop all day resulting in amazing fresh powder skiing! All groups have made excellent progress (yet again), but the biggest mention has to be for the beginner group that has moved off the nursery slopes and onto the mountain on the second day - a first for Heritage students! All are apparently going up to Bormio 3000m tomorrow - exciting! Mr Cronin

  19. This is the best experience I have ever had. The scenery is amazing, unlike anything I have ever seen. The town is lively and the chalet -style architecture is very cosy. The Italian food is great, we got to eat in a traditional pizzaria. I cannot wait to get back to the snowy slopes and learn more.

  22. hey mum dad and beth... im having a great time here thanks and awww... is he mopsing like he does when you've gone to work??? the slopes are amazing and we have the freshest snow which is awesome and fantastic for parallel turns, parallel stops and jumps. this year has been better than last year by miles but 2600 and 300 was shut because of high winds and extreme conditions, and i've still only fallen over 3 times...

  28. Another fantastic day of skiing had by all! Sunshine and fresh snow - a perfect combination! Every student has continued to progress with one beginner group skiing down from Bormio 3000! This is a fantastic achievement. No students are now on the nursery slopes due to making so much progress! The ski instructors are very impressed!!! There are a lot of tired faces and tired legs creeping in so we are all going to have an early night tonight. Off out shopping this evening before the evening meal and then bed after evening meal to recharge the batteries for tomorrows skiing. Weather forecast is for even more snow tomorrow!

  41. Sup brother, you look like you are having the most fantastic time!!! We are missing you so much, the house is very, very quiet and not the same without you here. Your pictures are awesome. You have been the bravest brother ever and I have been practising my jumps (off the sofa onto a pile of cushions) in preparation for when it's my turn to go skiing with school :-) Can't wait for you to come home, I miss my Alex madness and want to give you kisses and cuddles galore. Love you loads big bro, be safe and see you Sunday :-) Harry George Druce xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

Hey son, how are you? hope you keeping warm and not too sore from all that skiing. Can't believe your bravery, you certainly don't take after me with your head for hight's and your skiing talent. Maybe you should teach me, see if I can't master the snow plough so I can progress to the baby slopes :-) We are all missing you so much, keep coming home from work and calling your name, then feeling very sad that you are not here to drive me nuts with your constant banter. Can't wait to see you on Sunday, hope the journey home is not too long and boring for you. Enjoy the rest of today. Love you loads, Mum xxxxxxxx
